Default how to change bar around?

i alwasy thought that the skil&hp/mp bar was on the bottom middle and the exp bar on the mid top left but i found a pic that had a diffrent arrangement.... how do i do that?gw0393ko.jpg

It's usually a good idea to enlarge the mini-radar and the 2 bars.

I always knew about editing the interface, but I'm curious about splitting the skill bar from a line of 8 to 2 chunks of 4 like in the pic.

Just resize it, the game will automatically split it like that.
